Eliezer

My brother's name. We call him "Eli".

I find the Hebrew pronunciation so much better than the English pronunciation.

I don't like this name. I find it unattractive & I can't see the appeal. Eliezer sounds ugly and weird. :/

I've changed my mind about the name Eliezer. I don't think it's ugly, weird or unattractive anymore. You never expect names that you originally dislike to grow on you! ^^ I'm quite fond of this name. It's an interesting, unique name and I love it's meaning! :) xo.

This is a great name! The alternate spelling: Elyezer is also great because it makes it easier for English speakers to pronounce correctly. When I hear this name it makes me think of a very masculine and handsome guy, it sounds formal and upperclass yet it's not too long or pretentious like some other names.

This name can also be spelled Elyezer. It's one of my favorites.

I know someone named Eliezer, it's a unique name and I like it but I probably wouldn't name my kid that.
