My name is Elyana (El-ee-anna) but my short form is Ely! It's funny to think it's a masculine name yet I'm a girl. Personally I don't think Ely should be pronounced Eli, but I mean that's just my opinion...

Well my name is Ely and my parents pronounce it like Eli... Not saying there are other pronunciations for it, but I say it either like Eli or Ellie.

The first time I saw this, I thought it was a variant of Ellie. I don't think this should be pronounced like Eli, it just doesn't look like it would be.
