This is such a lovely name! It is very easy to pronounce in many languages and easy to spell. It has a really sweet meaning, perfect for any delightful little girl, but it also has a regal sort of air that will suit a powerful, self-assured woman as well -- Farnaz handily passes the CEO, judge and doctor test! I only know one person with this name and she is so kind, funny, and generous. I think it is very underutilized (at least in North America) and should be far more popular.
