In Pokémon Black & White, Natural Harmonia Gropius (N for short) & Ghetsis Harmonia Gropius are the leaders of the evil Team Plasma. N is the king of Team Plasma, the hero of Truth/Ideals (depends on the game), can communicate with Pokémon & believes Pokémon & humans should not coexist, while Ghetsis is the true leader whose real motives are to take over the world. Eventually, N realizes he has been manipulated & flees the region.
In Pokémon Black 2 & White 2, Ghetsis is the leader of Neo Team Plasma, now having dropped the facade. At the end of the game, N appears again, but only briefly.
