I love this name, I prefer it as a standalone name for boys (I think Haruka is a better name for girls). Whenever I hear this name, I think of an intelligent young man, probably because my best friend's name is Haru (he's actually from Japan).

I like this name, but only on girls. It sounds too wimpy on a boy.
