If it's not pronounced with a hard "I," I have no idea how else to pronounce it. But it looks really pretty.

Love this name! We have a little Iael in our family, so perhaps we are a little biased. Some folk will pronounce the name with a hard 'l' which is a shame, as it takes the edge off the prettiness of the name.
