My best friend was named Joseph Asher, so he changed it when he was 12 (I think) to Joash, and I believe that it is a cool name.

One of my best friends is named Joash. Personally, I think it should be more popular.

I LOVE this name! I hope it will make a comeback. It's a fresh twist on the popular name Josh/Joshua. I would name my son this, and honor my brother, who's name is Joshua (he goes by Josh, though).
