I like the spelling of this name and I first pronounced it as joo-AH-na which I thought was nice, but now I know the real pronunciation and I now don't like it as much.

Please don’t choose this as a middle name for Mary. Say Mary Juana fast.

Juana is a wonderful name. I would name my daughter like this if it wouldn't be too common.
