It’s pretty but unless you are Finnish or Estonian, just go with Kristina.

I personally prefer the spelling Kristina, however I still like Kristiina better than Christina. It may look a little tacky if you name your child this if you do not happen to be Finnish yourself. Only because some people love accusing others of trying too hard to be unique.
