Going by the fact that Leofric in the TV show "The Last Kingdom" (based on "The Saxon Stories" book series by Bernard Cornwell) was pronounced as "LAY-ə-fritsh"... I'm going to guess that Leofdæg was pronounced "LAY-əv-day."
