This should be pronounced Lil-ee-a.

Elegant pronunciation in English (lie-la) playful and girly in French (lee-la), you really can't lose with this one. I personally prefer lie-la, but we call her both at home since they always pronounce it lee-la in school. I actually fell in love with my israeli cousin's name Lilakh, but figured it would not be acceptable here because French do not bother pronouncing H or Kh.

The name Lila is usually meant to be pronounced as Lie-La not Lee-la, I believe the correct name for Lee-la is spelled Layla or Leila :)

I always thought this name was pronounced like LEE-lah. Even now that I see how it's really pronounced, whenever I see this name, I will always hear LEE-lah in my head.
