I have a 15 year old son named Markus. He was named in honor of his grandfather, Mark. I like the spelling - it's like Marcus but with an edge. (My son Markus is a twin with a brother named Lucas.)

I prefer Marcus. The K makes this name a bit too harsh.

I think Markus is an absolutely lovely name. It's like Marcus, but a bit more rough.
