I like Miguel. It sounds very welcoming and warm that carries with it the weight of history without being outdated to my ears. A good name overall. :)

I was always told that Miguel, being the Spanish and better version of the name Michael, is also the name of the archangel, the strongest of all the angels. Also, it is an awesome name that I gave to my son.

I think that Miguel is a wonderful name and it's not very common name either.
