Straight child is kind of weird, considering if you use straight for heterosexuality, but if you use it to mean something else this name is really nice.

Very aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn't even hesitate to use it as a name for a girl with no Japanese heritage at all. The meaning is also desirable, when you count the other senses besides just "obedient".
