I know that the biblical pronunciation is as shown. But, I've come across two different individuals with this name, and they pronounce it as Naf-tal-ee.

Now, see, I was taught that it was pronounced "naf-TAHL-lee" in Hebrew. Hm, which is really correct?

The correct pronunciation is NAF-tuh-lie. The Hebrew is naf-tah-LEE. "nah-ftah-li" is utterly wrong.
