This should be a dithematic name, not a monothematic name. The first element is the Greek noun νίκη (nike) meaning "victory", whilst the second element is the Greek noun ἀνήρ (aner) meaning "man". The latter word usually becomes -άνωρ (-anor) and -ήνωρ (-enor) when it is the second element in both words and given names. [noted -ed] You can see this very well here:
