Comments (Meaning / History Only)

This should be a dithematic name, not a monothematic name. The first element is the Greek noun νίκη (nike) meaning "victory", whilst the second element is the Greek noun ἀνήρ (aner) meaning "man". The latter word usually becomes -άνωρ (-anor) and -ήνωρ (-enor) when it is the second element in both words and given names. [noted -ed] You can see this very well here:* List of terms derived from ἀνήρ (aner): https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E1%BC%80%CE%BD%CE%AE%CF%81#Derived_terms (in English; click on "show more")
