Octavia Hill (3 December 1838 β 13 August 1912) was a British reformer and philanthropist. She was one of the three founders of the National Trust, set up to preserve places of historic interest or natural beauty for the enjoyment of the British public. Her lifeβs work was to ensure that people in poverty had access to safe housing and social care, as well as open green spaces. She was a formidable force for good.
Octavia was the name of the female robot that was in "It Takes On To Know One" season 2 episode of the spy spoof 60s TV show, Get Smart. Octavia was working for the bad guys (KAOS) and the other robot was working for the good guys (CONTROL) and was named Hynmie... Octavia gave up her life of crime and pushed her self-destruct button.
