Olinda

Olinda Morais, whose resistance name was By Mally, is a politician from East Timor. She is a member of the Democratic Party (Partido Democrático) (PD). In 2011, Morais, for her part in the resistance, received the Order of Guerillas, second degree, and the certificate of honor for demobilization.

Olinda Massare de Kostianovsky (1939-2012) was a Paraguayan historian, best known as a historian of education and women in Paraguay. From 2010 to 2012 she was President of the Paraguayan Academy of History, the first woman to hold the position.

Olinda Bozán (1894 – 1977) was an Argentine film actress and comedian of the Golden Age of Argentine Cinema (1940–1960). Born into a circus family, she acted on the vaudeville circuit, and performed in silent and sound movies. She was trained by the Podestá brothers, one of whom she married, who have one of the most prestigious Argentine acting awards named for them. Bozán' appeared in 75 films and was considered one of the best comic actors of Argentine cinema in the 20th century.

Olinda Beja is a São Tomé and Príncipe poet, writer and narrator. Later she immigrated to Portugal and later became a Portuguese citizen.
