I think this is such a cute name =). Such a great option for people who like Peter, but don't want such a common name. I like it much better than the French, Pierre. It's very youthful. I'd like to name a son this.

I find it difficult to take this name seriously, as it sounds so much like the Finnish word 'pieru', which means 'fart'.
