Oh, I love that name! Remigio... It's better then Romeo! Think like this: Remigio and Juliet or Romeo and Juliet. What's your choise?

If it were "Remigio and Juliet" instead of "Romeo and Juliet"... "Remigio" would be the ruined name, then. Such a shame-- "Romeo" is not such a horrendous name... but the the association unfortunately is (not to mention the hideous butchering of pronunciation).
