I kid you not, I legitimately thought that this was a masculine name the first time I heard it, and I'm still kinda pissed that it isn't. I mean, it would be really cool if there were more flower names for guys, but I guess that flowers are considered to be feminine. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this name for someone's daughter- Rosa or just Rose would be good alternatives.

Rosamond… it sounds like a mystery name. I think I like it. It's beautiful and elegant and refined. I never heard it until five minutes ago… but I like it. Rosamond, Rosamond….

Romy would work as a nickname for this gorgeous name.

This is my daughter's middle name. It's a family name I loved, but lately I've been unsure about it. It's slowly growing on me again.

I have no idea why I love this name so much - I just do. Although I think I'd prefer to pronounce this name as 'ROSE-ah-mund' and not 'ROZ-ah-mund'.
