Salina

I was put off a little when I first saw how it was spelled. It looks so much like saliva, and Selena or Celina would be much more elegant.

I liked it until I realized it was one letter off from “saliva”.

Meh. Selina is much better.

I like it, and am considering it if I have a girl.

I really don't mind that it sounds like "saline" and I disagree with all the comments that say this name is ugly. I personally think it's beautiful. :)

Pretty dumb. It sounds like the words "saline" and "salinity", and also like a bastardization of the gorgeous name Selena.

No. Just no. We don't need a variant of a variant of the already-awful Selena, and this name sounds and looks uncomfortably close to saline.

Salina reminds me of saline, which is often used to created artificial breasts.
