In English it might be mainly pronounced /sam-iuol'-a/ (the ' means accented syllable) as in the masculine form "Samuel", plus "a" at the end. I think this pronunciation is weird and not so nice-sounding.
In Italian Samuela is very pretty, pronounced /sam-ooo-e'-la/ with the "e" sound the same as the "e" in "bed". For an English-speaking country, I would consider Samuella /sam-ooo-e'-lla/ so as not to confuse the pronunciation with Samuel.
