I love this spelling, and while most people butcher the pronunciation of my name (most people call me by shee laa)
There are a few who get it right.

Yeah, this is definitely not pronounced like Sheila. Plus, it looks like "she Lia", as if someone with bad grammar was trying to introduce someone named Lia.

While I do like the name Sheila, I don't like this spelling. The switching of the letters around makes me want to pronounce it differently. I pronounce Shelia "she-LEE-uh" instead of "SHEE-luh". And I find "she-LEE-uh" quite hideous.
