This is my middle name. I spell it with one "N". Spelling it with two "N"s makes the spelling more Americanized and no offense to anyone, but less pretty.

I have a good friend with this name. We call her Shosh or Shoshi for short. Interestingly, a Bulgarian classmate of ours told us that "Shosh" means "socks" in Bulgarian!

This is a beautiful name. Its English short form, Susan, sounds pretty dull to me when compared to the beauty of "Shoshana".
