It works much better followed by a middle name, so it won't sound so childish on adults.

I know a girl at my university named Sini who has hazel eyes. Well, that doesn't make any sense. This name only sounds logical on blue-eyed women. Actually, this name only sounds alright on children. I can't imagine this on a grown-up.
