Honestly, the only thing I can think when I hear Sjaak is that it sounds like a comic-book sound effect (" 'Sjaak!' went the fork as it scraped against the ceramic plate." or something). But then again, I'm mentally pronouncing it with the sound of "Jacob" or "Gerald".
