Interestingly, I'm not too fond of Stephanie or Stephania but I absolutely love Stefánia with the 'sh' sound at the beginning. I love the nickname Stefi even more, it sounds so cute and sassy :) It's kind of rare in Hungary, I've only met one person with this name so far.
