Nevaeh has a pretty sound but the heaven backwords thing is absolutely ridiculous. If you play a song backwords you're supposed to hear the devil, so maybe if you spell your daughter's name backwards she is the devil?
It's really silly imo.
A Spanish word that is similar in sound to Nevaeh is Novia, which means sweetheart (often used in reference to one's girlfriend). Real word, nice meaning.
Novia : no-VEE-uh
I would much rather see people name their daughters:
Heaven
Celestina
Star
Sky
Miracle
Milagros
Angel
or any other name having to do with the heavens or beautiful things than this boring made-up name, Nevaeh.
