Why not use it as a first name? I think it's lovely.
Helen Constance is great. Helena (helen + a) Constance flows a little easier, but it's a minor quibble.
Margaret Constance is terrific. Elinor Constance has the best overall flow.
(I also love Constanza.)

Oh no...Constanza sounds like George Costanza of Seinfeld fame. I just think of the episode where he remembers his junior high gym teach calling him "Can't-Stand-Ya"!)
