Help[Opinions] Isabella...
Yes, I know it's common, but we're really feeling it. So, that leads us to our biggest challenge with this name: how should we spell it and will it be Isabell-E or Isabell-A. DH loves the nn Bella.
Right now I'm leaning towards Isabella, but Izabella has always been tossed around, but I'm torn about the more simple Isabel / Isabelle / Izabel. Thoughts? Isabelle used to be my prefered spelling, but lately I've been thinking that if we go with that we might as well go with Isabella since it has the same number of letters and so Isabel / Izabel have become options...
My favourite combination is Isabella Georgina Fife. I'm not too keen on having to long names both with "ah" endings back to back, but Georgina is a family name. Isabelle Georgina Fife, better?

Don't, don't, don't use Izabella or Izabel. Even if you're Polish or Hungarian, Izabella just looks tryndeigh and she'll spend half her life correcting people. Izabel is just bad.
I like Isabella, but love Isabel and like Isabelle a lot. Isabelle Georgina Fife is gorgeous, and Isabella Georgina Fife is also lovely. Fife is a boy's name, though.

I say go with Isabella. It's the name you really love, and you will regret not using it.
Don't worry about the popularity. We named our DD Isabel and everyone told us it was 'so popular' but I haven't met another Isabel yet, and my DD is almost 20 months old. I have loved the name for years and I love saying and hearing it, and that is all that matters. So go with what your heart tells you, use Isabella.

Isabelles/Isabel/Isobels are more likely to be nn Izzy/Izzie/Belle than Bella, although Bella can work for any of the three. I have a 'Bel' name (Belinda) and Belle works fine however, with the Is names, personally I come across (message boards, mostly), Izzies, Izzys and Issys more than Bellas. I'm often nn Bella myself and I can tell you, it's really nice being called 'beautiful' everytime someone says your name! :)
