I prefer Selah, although I generally like names without the final h (as in Sara). For some reason, Sela looks incomplete to me.
Of the combos you listed, I really, REALLY like Selah Gray. 2nd choice is Selah Margot. The rest are nice enough but don't jump out at me like those two. :o)
