Now I'm wondering if my two top name choices work well together as a combo.

I adore Eliza. Eliza Gabrielle is okay, but I'm not a fan of Gabrielle. But if you like Gabrielle, then I think they fit together just fine.

It's my favourite girls name, and has been for a while, although now I'm starting to prefer it as a nickname for Elizabeth.

Eliza Gabrielle is a great combo!

The combo is nice enough, but Eliza is dnmsaa. Elizabeth is so much more prettier imo. Eliza just seems more dated and harsh sounding...just my opinion though. I love Gabrielle.

Eliza is ok, I much prefer Elise though.
