Jemima...is nms. The syrup connections don't bother me, though. What about something similar, like Gemma?
As for Lucy, maybe use it as a NN for Lucille? (Since you're not too fond of Lucinda.)
And as for Anya, I agree that most people will pronounce it ANN-ya. Between the other two, I like Annie.
