1. I marginally prefer Keavy, which is sad since there isn't really an Irish spelling equivalent for that. Caoimhe is really really great though, I especially love the spelling.
2. I don't think it needs an Irish mn, but some would work.
3. Caoimhe Tamsin
Caoimhe Bethany
Caoimhe Josephine
Caoimhe Emmeline
Caoimhe Sinead

1. Like 90% of Celtic names with totally unpredictable spelling-pronounciation, this does nothing for me.
2. I think it would be a bit themey.
3. Caoimhe Louise
Caoimhe Sylvia
Caoimhe Helen

I love the sound of it but think the spelling would cause a lot of problems. If I ever write it down I have to look it up every time. I once met a woman called Keava. She chose the name herself as she had changed her name from her birth name due to wanting to move on from her past. I think that spelling makes more sense outside of Ireland. I've also seen Keavy used (by Irish people). An Irish middle name would be nice but it called also seem a bit ott if you're not careful.Irish combos I like are:Caoimhe Roisin
Caoimhe Sinead
Caoimhe Aisling
Caoimhe EnyaYou could also consider:
Caoimhe Brianna
Caoimhe Fiona
Caoimhe Skye
Caoimhe Frances
Caoimhe Rose

I like Caoimhe as well, especially its pronounciation. The only trouble, like many Irish Gaelic names is its spelling is so different from how you say it!! I can just imagine everyone asking, `how do you spell that?` at school etc.

From Irish names I prefer Deirdre Saoirse and sometimes Bridget but Caoimhe is ok
