I like 'Aisha, but I'd take out the apostrophe in English to make it easier.
I don't like any of the others too much, but Soraya is my aunt's name! (I'm Iranian.)
I would personally never use an Arabic name and an English name together. To me, it doesn't fit. My name is Layla (middle name Zahra,) and whenever I see a combo like Layla Marie or Layla Rose it just doesn't seem right to me at all.
