Help[Facts] Cole
According to Wikipedia, Cole is "a Brythonic (Cumbric) name possibly derived from the Roman Caelius". The original version of the name is supposed to be Coel, with Cole the Anglicized version. Anyone know if this is true? TIA.
BTW, I'm aware that Cole is a surname. I'm asking if it's also a Celtic first name.
