[Opinions] Kyra
I love the name Kira for a girl but I thought that Kyra looks a bit more interesting. I don't want to go with Kiera or Keira though. There is a problem with Kyra though. I'm assuming most people would say KY-ra rather than KEER-a. I don't want my child to have to correct people on the pronunciation of her name because that gets old very quickly. Does it seem dumb to spell the name Kyra rather than Kira if I'm planning to use the pronunciation KEER-a? Also, I want to use Jade as a middle name along with Lorelei, but the spelling Jade seems a bit plain to me. Everyone seems to think that Jaide and Jayde look so tacky and uneducated though. I'm not really sure what to do. I could go with either Kyra Jade Lorelei, Kira Jaide Lorelei, or Kira Jayde Lorelei. Or maybe I will just stick with Kira Jade Lorelei although I do like alternative spellings. I just don't like completely tryndee and wild spellings.

If I were you I'd stick to Kira because Kyra to me (and a lot of other people looks like KY-RUH). I like Kira Jayde Lorelei.

Both Kira and Kyra can be mistakenly prn. KYE-ruh. Kyra does not look like KEER-uh to me at all. Kiera will be mistaken for KEE-air-uh, in the United States, but so will Keira (although I don't know why). To me, the best way to spell KEER-uh, in the US is Keira. But any of these names have mispronunciation potential."No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."

Kiera Jade LoreleiI think the most traditional spellings look cleaner and classier.I don't think Jade looks plain, but I do think Jayde looks misspelt and tacky. Sometimes there are many legitimate spellings of a name (Katherine, Catherine and Kathryn). But Jade just has one correct spelling IMO.I would definitely pronounce Kyra as Kye-ra, rhyming with Myra. I might even pronounce Kira as Kye-ra. IMO, Kiera is the best spelling. Keira is No. 2 and Kira is No. 3."You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."

I think if you want it to be pronounced KEER-a then you should just go with Kira. Kira Jade Lorelei looks best to me. Or you could just save one of the middle names for another daughter.

I like Kira Jade Lorelei best. Kira is my favorite spelling of Kira, actually. Keira seems like it would get mispelled, Kiera looks like kee-AIR-ah, and Kyra would more times than not get pronounced as KYE-rah, imo.

When I looked at your posting without reading the text I automatically thought "Ky-ra"... so I would definitely use the spelling Kira. There aren't that many Kira's in the world so I wouldn't worry about it not looking interesting. Regarding mn's... I like Jade or Lorelei but in this case I think that the flow is off for the two together. That said, I would go with:
Kira Lorelei or Kira Jade
