I hate it! It's so faux Irish!

I L-O-V-E the name Declan. It's in the top 3 of my all time favourite boy names (along with Ethan and Gabriel).

Certainly. Not a name I would use, but I would be pleased to see it and I think its handsome.

I like Declan just fine for someone else's child. In fact, I'd applaud that, but personally, I'd never use it (actually dh hates it, says it sounds like 'duckling').

I think it's ugly and will get trendy as soon as the naming public figures out about it. It took me a while to realize that I didn't like it, though. I was like "Huh how do I feel about this name."

On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), I guess I'd give it a 7.

Yes I do, but it is far from a favourite.
