I've never heard Maria pronounced any way but mah-REE-ah. However, I've heard Mariah said the other ways. I hate it whatever the case though.

Nope, never. Only have heard Maria pronounced mah-RYE-ah when talking about someone in 18-19th century England. Other than that it as always been mah-REE-ah.

mah-RYE-uh is always spelled something like Mariah

I've only ever heard it as mah-REE-ah. mah-RYE-ah if it has an h on the end. Never heard MAY-ree-ah before, like Mary-a or something. It doesn't sound like it's spelled Maria at all.

Once, but they had pronounced it wrong. It was supposed to be Mah-REE-ah. Other than that, no.
