Why, yes. I do have a highly obsessive love for this name. lolz.
Anywho, I compiled a list of nicknames that could be used and I'm wondering if there are any that might have been left out?
Flick, Fliss, Fizzy, Tilly, Floss, Flossy, Elsie, Lissie, Lissy, Lissa, Flicka, Fey, Fil (prn. Phil), Pip, El, Ellie, Etty, Ettie, Fel, Liss, Lisa, Lizzy, Feli (Fay-lee), Fee, Fi, Fifi, Flissy, CiCi, Fizz, Sissy, Flicker, Lity, Filly (phily), Issy, Feliss, Felly (phily), Licity, Flea, Lily, City, Flix
Some of them are a bit of a stretch, but if you see any that are completely unusable and make absolutely no sense, please mention it.

Well Felicity, nn Buggle Bumps, makes sense to me. As picky as I am about formal names is as loose as I am about nns. So all of yours work for me perfectly well.

I was thinking: maybe City. CityGirl? Could work.

My step mother's grandmother's name was Phylicity (yep, spelt that way) and went by Phyl.
