I don't know anyone with this name although I do know a Corrina.I prefer Carina - K looks very harsh to me.Sophie

I like them both and think the name has a beautiful sound.Karina to me looks like the name of a bold, strong woman while Carina looks like the name of a sweet, pretty girl. Not really sure why, but that letter change makes all the difference to me.

I prefer Karina, it just looks nicer. It might be because it doesn't have the word "car" in it...

I like Carina better. It's probably just me, but K's seem really harsh on some names. I don't know anyone named Carina or Karina, but I think there was a Corina in one of my classes last year.

Carina. I think C is a much nicer letter than K. I've never met a Carina (I'm in the US) and I like it pretty well. I would choose it over Karen, but it's not a favorite.

I prefer Carina but Karina is fine tooI actually really like Karina/Carina. I think its mainly because I know a Karina who is truly one of the nicest people on the planet. I just think of her and it makes me like the name.I only know one but it is a good name IMO (in Australia anyway) because it is really not common at all but its simple and recognisable.
