[Opinions] Anton, Antony, or Anthony?
Which one? Why? (I put this question in a poll and Anthony won.)

Anthony, although I always want to pronounce the th which is apparently wrong.

It's not wrong. It depends on the accent.

It's always pronounced in my accent..Although I've seen things where it isn't. Anthiny is pronounced the same as Antony usually in a British accent, I think...

I know an Antony whose parents dropped the H because they were afraid someone might pronounce the -th- as in thistle. So perhaps that could be a consideration?I think I prefer Antony because it's closer to the original; it also shortens comfortably to Anton, which I prefer to Tony as a nn.

Go for Anton. I've always liked it. It's more interesting than Anthony, which is also a nice name.
