I love short, earthy girl names with long vowels. Ivy used to be a favorite of mine, and then I forgot about it for a few years. Now I am getting into it again. It seems more usable than ever. I looked at the polls - Ivy has been given great "ratings," and it beat out Ava, Mila, Lydia, Imogen, Esme, Iris, and Sylvie in one-on-one contests - and tied with Eve. I was surprised. It's around #300 in the US but I have never seen one.

What are your impressions of it these days?
