I'd go with Brooke, hands down. Paige is okay, but i know several (all born between 1994-1996), it seems a bit dated to me. I do like Page as a middle name for a boy though.
I know one Brooke, she's 2 or 3 I can't remember and I know of no other's, it's really not common here.
I'd choose Brooke Annabelle
The Brooke I know is Brooke Marie
