I love the name Connor so of course I named my son Connor in 1996. Not only does it pay homage to the movie the Original Highlander - (Connor McCleod) one of my all time favorite movies it is also my mother in laws maiden name. I did not name him that to be trendy. I've read comments on this board that are so stereotypical that I had to respond. He is a free spirited kid who beats to his own drum. (obviously a bodhráin)
