Definitely one of the better virtue names: together with Clemency and Felicity, it's probably the only one I'd consider using.Very useable, I'd say. (I read a book once which was either written by a woman named Verily or had a Verily character. I thought that was dreadful!)Verity Mabel
Verity Louise
Verity Laurianne

Totally usable! I've been crushing on Verity lately. It's got an understated beauty I find really appealing.

It's on my favorite list! I remember I first heard it in a thriller. I hadn't heard the word earlier.
I like some old Puritan names, like Hope, Verity and Temperance.

I think Verity is quite pretty. I class it with Temperance and Clemency; slightly dated, very quaint virtue names which are dated enough to be "retro", not as over-used as Grace, Hope or Faith and without the stigma of Chastity or Mercy. But I can but think of how amusing it'd be if there were a con-woman or perjurer called Verity. Irony at its finest. It's the risk one runs with any virtue name - a cold-hearted Clemency, a Temperance with anger-management issues, an atheist Faith, clumsy Grace or pessimistic Hope. Virtue names are just perfect for ironic poor name choices, haha. That's the main problem, I think, and it's small at that.

I really like Verity, and it's definitely usable. I'm not good at coming up with combos, though.

I know a 16yr old girl called Verity - she has an older sister Imogen - to me it has always looked and sounded rather strange, but I grew up knowing one so it hasn't been too "out there" to me personally. Verity Elizabeth I think is a nice strong combo.

Eminently usable! Verity is pretty and spunky and elegant all at the same time -- and that's rare. It's also got a retro charm that I find irresistable. The character Verity Poldark was my introduction to the name growing up. She was one of my favorites in "Poldark" (BBC). I'm so glad it's catching on.Verity Catherine (I know a woman who named a dd Katherine Verity)
Verity Alice
Verity Jane
Verity Maia
Verity Frances / Francisca
Verity Charlotte
Verity Imogen
Verity Celeste (heavenly truth? Too much?)
Verity Adele
Verity Abigail
Verity Isobel (although "verity / truth is a bell" does linger in the mind . . . )
Verity Elspeth
Verity Nolwenn
Verity Anne / Annabel / Anouk
Verity Miranda
Verity Pilar
Verity Margot
Verity Pascale (true pascal / Easter? Too phrase-y?)
Verity Gaia

A lake in Sinnoh for the Pokemon lovers in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Not a fan of having a child named after a lake in Pokemon. Beyond that I have no idea if I can consider it usable or unusable.

Is Pokemon still popular anymore? I thought its heyday was in the early 2000s so very few people would make that kind of connection.

Oh come on! Pokemon is amazing. Anyone who's a 90's kid knows that! :P
As a somewhat geeky child of the 90's, it has a special place in my heart, haha.Buuuut... yeah, I think the reference is niche at best.

15 million copies sold with Black and White, or about half as many as the original Blue and Red versions. So it's still popular, but a shadow of it's former self.

It is among nerds. :)
(I'm one myself, that wasn't meant to be a put-down.)

I like it and it's definitely useable. I know two girls called Verity in their twenties - one about 24 and one about 21. I think it's pretty but substantial and easy to spell and pronounce. How about:
Verity Jemima
Verity Olivia
Verity Louisa
Verity Clare
Verity Maeve
Verity Suzanne
Verity Rose
Verity Delilah
