It's been growing on me for a couple of months. I never liked it prn. the English way, but I've been living in Wales for a while now and I think the Welsh prn. DUL-an is lovely- a lot less sharp. Thoughts?:0)Formerly KatjaEidisMy PNL is now rateable!:

Dylan's okay. It's honestly never done much for me personally, but I've nothing against it. The Welsh pronunciation certainly makes it more interesting.And it's so unlike me, but I actually prefer the spelling Dillon to the traditional Dylan... Not sure why.

Personally, I prefer the English pronunciation but the Welsh is alright. Outside of Wales, I think it might be frustrating to always be correcting people and explaining. For me, the imagery evoked by Dylan's meaning lends the name a bit of romance.
