I choose Mira.
It has a fascinating sound and it means a ton of things! (See also the submitted names).
Mia you know it means 'my, mine' so although it is increasing in popularity I would never use it.
Mila..here in Italy this is the name of the volley player in the cartoon 'Attacker you!' (Jeanne et Serge in French). This cartoon is still famous despite it is old so when you say Mila a lot of people could start to singing the song theme lol
I think it would be embarassing.
